Welcome and congratulations on getting back in and already seeing results. Im new too and haven't tried DDP in itself but I teach Pilates where I added all these items already so its cool to know its out there. Tell your kids to take one of the other videos now, this one is yours.

Hello, I am new to DDP Yoga but I love it. I did the first week, then my children misplaced my DVD so I didnt do it for two weeks but I am happy to say I have now located it and am eager to start back up this week! I have been a "member" of sparkpeople for awhile but have just in the last three days been counting my calories after a long hiatus from watching what I ate. I gained 20 pounds!!! However I have now lost four pounds in my first three days which I find very motivating. I am just really happy to see that there is a group on here who like DDP Yoga as much as I do. :)
