emoticon Hi Peggy. I have been doing the DDPYOGA exercise program for three weeks now. Yes, I followed the guide until the third week then I added the Diamond Dozen on the days when there was no workout scheduled. I have Rhuematoid Arthritis and I wanted to improve my joint health as well as strength and flexibility. In three weeks, I cannot believe the changes already. I can actually do a full body push-up! Something I wasn't ever able to do even when I was in my teens or early twenties. I noticed a reduction of morning stiffness and pain. This really is a great program.

Yes, I do other exercises. Including walking, biking, trampolining, dancing, DVDs of Cardio, and even Strength Training DVDs. I was put off yoga a while ago when I injured my hip while following another Yoga program. However, when I viewed the transformation of a number of folks who followed the DDP approach, I decided to give it a try again. This is very different and the approach of building up strength slowly has enabled me to see significant changes in a short period of time.

Now that I am in stride regarding following the DDPYOGA exercise plan, I am beginning this week to add in the meals/snacks diet guide. Due to medical test results I was told by my doctor to follow a gluten-free diet about 4 years ago. I plan to start the recommended eating plan on the first level and see how I make out.

My name is Peggy. I bought this at the beginning of summer but just now am starting. I've been out of a workout habit due to a knee injury @ beginning of the summer - which is due to chronic knee problems. I am curious how others have begun. Did you follow the guide? Add Cardio? Do a workout every day? What results as you seen? I am already gluten free so I have that part down but did you follow his diet too?

I enjoyed the Diamond Dozen and feel good just having gone through it and am looking forward to the program!
