I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a mom of 4 kids, 2 of which are disabled, which of course keeps me busy! I decided that in order to make sure I'm here to take care of my kids I need to be a healthier mom. My goal is to lose around 50 lbs., the healthy way, no crashdiets, which never worked anyway. My kids are supportive of my decision, my other half isn't as supportive, but that's normal for us. I ordered the program on Friday.& I can't wait to start! Hope to be an inspiration to not only my family, but to others as well

I'm a Soldier and Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army. I met DDP and tried YRG for the first time while deployed in Kirkuk, Iraq. I knew then that this was something great. Best work out I had the whole year there! My problem is that I run in fits and starts and have trouble building and maintaining momentum. So here I am again. I finally lost the weight I needed to to get promoted, but now I have to lose more and then KEEP IT OFF!!!!
I have bad knees that have forced me to change jobs in the Army and now I am trying to get in shape for good and own my life while I am stuck here at Ft Sill for training. (5 month class... so there is time).
Now to get with it and stay at 90%!
