The book is very good! I am leading a study group through church and we are going through the book a second time together with some new people...it is always a wonderful time of fellowship and we have really built some good friendships through this as well...congrats on the weightloss it sounds as though you'll hit your 42 pound mark...good luck!

It doesn't look like people have been up to much, but I thought I'd poke my head in here. I don't have the book yet, but the introduction really hooked me.
I've been sparking consistently since January of 2012 and have lost 40 pounds this year. I'm hoping to make it 42 since I turned 42 this year, but we shall see.
