keep a routine
When I first started I too was overwhelmed
I would track food as I ate it...
I would do the exercise of the day because SP email came regularly
and I would scan the page and only read what interested me on that day
Just keep moving...make one dietary change you can live with it
and stick with it!
Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!
