I would get lost and I didn't know how to find them again. I bookmarked important links I wanted to come back to. If I got lost, I would find the Spark Points page and try to complete as many tasks as I could. I read articles, I track my food, I track fitness. It can be a lot to take in at once. That's why it's good to take it one step at a time.
Others are right that you just need to take it one step at a time, one small change. Make it a habit and keep moving. If you experience a setback or have a bad day, keep going. Don't give up and just keep moving forward.

Hey Jo Some of tools I use with my son for ADHD issues.... keep a routine When I first started I too was overwhelmed I decided I would track food as I ate it... I would do the exercise of the day because SP email came regularly and I would scan the page and only read what interested me on that day Just keep moving...make one dietary change you can live with it and stick with it!
Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!
Take it 1 step at a time. You will find a way to make it an everyday activity. Sparkpeople is a wonderful program. Remember not to beat yourself up over a set back. Just label it as a flareup and start again. Good Luck.

Hello everyone, my name is Jo and I am overwhelmed by the amount of useful information in SparkPeople. I joined several weeks ago and I did not come back until today. I really need to lose weight and I feel that this website can help me. I have ADHD and I'm aware that it will be a struggle for me to be consistent but I'll do my best.
