It is hard to stay motivated but keep going and hope you manage to find an exercise buddy!

Good luck will all your goals. Slowly you will get there just keep plugging away. As for me I've gotten lazy with the logging on here with food and working out. I have to dust off my dvd's and get working just walking the dogs is not enough anymore. If I was close I would join you. But I don't think your'e in NJ.

Good luck! I understand where you are coming from. I have been trying to find somebody local to meet up with to go for a walk .... I don't have an active group in my area so it is not going well. However, I don't let it discourage me I keep plugging away and doing my own thing. Do what is right for you. Don't be discouraged... remember with or without a workout partner emoticon

I look in the mirror and who I see is not who I image myself to be. My goal is let my mind and body merge; let my energy level sore and make fitness a lifestyle and not a chore.

I use to love exercising and now I'm trying to rekindle this affection, slow but most certainly.

if anyone out there needs a workout buddy and you're in or near the 10466 area, let me know.
I love yoga (haven't practiced as often as i used to - still rekindling), kickboxing, pilates, love love love turbo jam and will be starting p90x in June. Trying to lose 20-30 pounds by the end of August
