Mommygold, Good for you on starting again. I just finished day 5 video & am scheduled for the elliptical after work.. Have a great zumba class.

I began last week but got side tracked in the middle. So I am starting again now. I hope to keep at it! I just finished day 2 video and hope to do a Zumba class later today.

I took my first zumba class last night & loved it. My daughter kept telling me about it but I was nervous about doing it in front of others. I found a 1/2 hour class that is made for beginners. Good luck to all.

Good idea. I will look for one on ebay. I'm a klutz. I'm definately afraid I will trip someone or fall down myself. Trying it at home sounds like a good idea

You won't regret it! I've done Zumba off and on for a number of years. I have the newer videos and it really is a lot of fun. My next goal is to be confident enough to take a class at the gym. So if you're shy in front of people, look into buying a video on ebay and doing it at home first.

This is my first week in the challenge and I chose to take the 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. To do this on my own was not easy. I had to come up with a plan of action. Zumba 1 day a week treadmill one day and water aerobics. Also, I have decided to reward myself every five pounds lost. Not a big production, but a motivator. For instance, the first one is a set of new sweat towels in pretty colors for my workouts.
