I took my first zumba class last night & loved it. My daughter kept telling me about it but I was nervous about doing it in front of others. I found a 1/2 hour class that is made for beginners. Good luck to all.

You won't regret it! I've done Zumba off and on for a number of years. I have the newer videos and it really is a lot of fun. My next goal is to be confident enough to take a class at the gym. So if you're shy in front of people, look into buying a video on ebay and doing it at home first.

This is my first week in the challenge and I chose to take the 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. To do this on my own was not easy. I had to come up with a plan of action. Zumba 1 day a week treadmill one day and water aerobics. Also, I have decided to reward myself every five pounds lost. Not a big production, but a motivator. For instance, the first one is a set of new sweat towels in pretty colors for my workouts.
