As with most 'posters' to this thread -- I have been away from sp for a while. My issue is the mindless eating. I am hoping I can stay with the tracker this time!

Hi
This is the first bootcamp challenge for me too. Actually the exercises are a bit easier that I thought they would be. and the fact that they are no more than 10 minutes seem to make them okay for me to do. I'm looking forward to the rest of this challenge.
Best wishes to all doing this challenge. emoticon

At the end of the day, be able to look back and say "I did my best today."

I'm another one who's been off and on with SparkPeople for years. The first year was great and then I got sidetracked. I've been trying to restart for the past year but didn't really stick to it. My husband and I made a commitment to use SparkPeople to start eating write and track our exercise. He's been much better about exercising. So, I'm hopping that this bootcamp helps me kick back into gear. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I handled the first day's exercise.

Good luck everyone!

Same here. I've been on and off for years. When I first started, I didn't realize how much emotional baggage I was dragging around with me. Once I got rid of that I dropped 20 lbs and have been able to keep it off. Now I'm at another hurdle, but I'm determined to get through this one and get to where I want to be! I agree that this bootcamp will give me the kick I need!

If it's amazing, it won't be easy. If it's easy it won't be amazing. If it's worth it you won't give up. If you give up you're not worth it.

LIke Tracy, I have been on and off SparkPeople for years but have not been using it to it's full potential. I always have really good intentions, but then I tend to get sidetracked. Hopefully this bootcamp will give me just what I need to get myself on track for a healthier life!

Hello,

I have been on spark people off and on and would like to try and be more active in my life using spark people more often and I thought boot camp might be the way to start that up. Good luck to everyone and I hope we all can achieve our goals emoticon
