I too am rejoining yet AGAIN! This is perhaps my second time. I always start, go a few days strong then fall off and decide I can't just jump back in. I have to completely restart and it has to be on "THIS"day. I'm a terrible procrastinator and I was going to push this off till a Monday well really Tuesday, but realized that's how it always starts. So I'm going to start today and make every effort not to fall off. Hopefully, doing these forums will help.

Hi everyone. I am , and I live (on the beach) in Florida. It is too hot to work out outside here now, so I am headed to the gym in minutes. I joined some months ago and have only lost a little. Here I am, again. This soooo worked when I went through this guide for exercising. The stumbling blocks came and I gave in but it is never too late to pick yourself up and start all over again. Hi, I just signed up today, and just completed the 1st video. I did not realize how out of shape I had become. Yikes. At 53 yrs young, I found those those jumping jacks to be quite a challenge. Hi, I'm Maria and this will be my 2nd go-round with the Spring Into Shape Bootcamp. Finished the last one about 3 weeks ago and then took a little break. I have lost 33 pounds since October 24th and gained just over 2 back in the last 3 weeks. Guess I need to exercise. Well, I am back to doing that. I have 11 pounds left to lose to get to goal. We are traveling to NY at the end of this month to visit my family and go to my 30th high school reunion. Not only do I need to exercise, I need the motivation I get from all of you and I need to feel I motivate someone else. I will achieve my goal as will you!!! Thanks in advance!!!

I'm Cheryl. I work full-time for an international organization. Because I telecommute and do not have any set scheduled hours, my daily schedule is quite erratic, resulting in struggles with consistency when scheduling workouts to incorporate with my daily walks and yoga. I am hoping that by joining this challenge, I will learn to better schedule "me" time.

Hi Everyone, I'm Beth and I'm tired of being overweight. I want to lose 20 lbs by July 31. I seem to yo yo back and forth with my weight. I need to get back in shape and keep it that way as I'm not getting any younger. My biggest deterrent is my torn meniscus. It keeps me from doing certain exercises and it frustrates me to no end but I have to lose this weight! Best of luck to everyone else! We can do this!
