Hi everyone! My name is Linda.I am trying this challenge over again! I tried it a few years ago and think I made past like week one and that was the end of that. Today I am going to start again, seeing that it is May 1st I thought what a better time to do so. I am also doing a couple of 30 day challenges on a website for strictly 30 challenges I am doing the abs and butt challenges, which I usually do as I am getting read for bed, those however I am starting again today.
I don't usually reach out to people, however I do love and need accountability buddies so if anyone is interested, for a daily check in or something please email and we can work on this together, inspire each other, and help keep each other on track.

Hey there everyone,

I'm really excited to get started on this challenge since I promised myself I would feel better about myself when I go to the beach this summer. By the way I live in Greece and my house is across the street from a beautiful beach. I take my kids daily in the summer and I usually feel pretty self conscious. But I promised this year would be different.

I like these 4 week challenges because they mix up my exercise routine, they hold me accountable and they help me tackle my weight loss in small increments, one month at a time. I am joining this team to push myself for the next 30 days. I am going on vacation on April 10 so I want to be in top shapeI intend to work very hard for the next 30 days.My stress is my inability to lose I have a thyroid problem and my metabolism is soooooooooooooo slow. I go down 1 and then up 3 so discouraging. I want to lose just 6 pounds in this month but it will still be hard for me. My age does not help either I am 63 soon to be 64 on my trip. I will push it and hope for the best.

My name is Alicia and this is my second time attempting this challenge. The first time was 3 years ago right before I met my husband and it was really helping me shed pounds! And then life got in the way and I stopped being dedicated. Three years and 40 pounds later, I've decided to get back at it and I'm doing much better. Hoping to stick with it better this time and reach my goal by my 30th birthday next year!

Hello, I am Donna and am starting the challenge today. I have done well but have become slack lately so this will be my summer boost doing the spring challenge :). I tracked my 45 min walk and will check out the video when I get home.

I just finished the 28 day boot camp challenge, and now my sister and I are going to do this one together. Hoping for my longest streak yet of activity. I lost 7.5 lbs in the other boot camp; I'm gonna try to do even better with this one.

Well I have been thinking about how I need to change up my fitness and do something new. Then I saw this challenge posted on facebook. It seems like just what I need. I've been a spark member off and on but more recently off. I think change is great and can always give your workouts a boost.

I like to walk and do zumba for cardio. I have slacked off on weight/strength training so this challenge looks like it will get me to do that, too.

I'm starting on Sunday.

I did a Facebook challenge starting 3/26 and did a 10k (run/walk) on 3/29 and had great momentum since then up until two weeks ago. No particular reason. I have no idea why I just stopped. I am still eating well. It's the lack of exercise that is what is getting to me. Yesterday I signed up for an 8K to be run in September so will have a reason to run/train. I think I need the challeges to keep me motivated. I am almost halfway to my goal. Good luck everyone! Have a wonderful Memorial Day/weekend!

I suppose I am joining this a bit late. But it seemed like a fun way to try and work my way into getting into shape to go backpacking with my boyfriend.

The potential weight loss is just a nice bonus. :) I look forward to taking on this as my first real challenge.

Starting this challenge to get ready for summer. I have done a few SP challenges already but had a problem sticking with them exactly and up doing like three videos in one sitting and than I lose interest by the third week. Still exercise often but I need an extra push. I hope I can stick with this better.

Hi all,

My name is Christi (AKA - Zen Alpaca) I am turning 40 in June and I have decided that it is time to get back into shape. Enough being lazy and taking the easy road.

I am a former active duty Marine. And my biggest goal would be to fit back into my uniform. I am a size large now so to do that I would need to get back to a small.

I have been on Spark for 5 days and so far It has helped me stay the course. I just got the ok yesterday from my Dr to get back into the physical world so after work I started.

This will be great for a kick start and the words Boot camp is music to my ears... it is exactly what I need to get my butt in gear.

Starting tonight when I get home First video.
