Been on SP almost 5 years, and really active on SP again since 2011.
How are YOU combining your fitness needs and goals with your writing (whether work or hobby)??
One great thing: I discovered sitting on a stability (exercise) ball instead of a regular office chair. This ISN'T for everyone. Some folks should check with a doctor or health professional first. I tried sitting, and it was not uncomfortable. In fact, I found it ENERGISING. So I use the ball all day at work. I think I'll be doing this forever, every practical chance I can!
Anyone have other suggestions?
