I start work early, so morning doesn't work for me right now. During the winter, I workout right after work. That way I've burned off the frustrations of the day, have showered and can start making supper. With everyone on different schedules here, we use a lot of quick and easy meals. Example:
Two can Chili
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 10 oz can Campbell's condensed tomato soup
1 16 oz can Bush's chili beans (mild, medium, or hot. Your preference)
1 small-medium onion
Cook the meat in a 2-Quart kettle and drain the fat
Chop onion and add it to the meat
Pour in tomato soup and chili beans
Add water to clean out cans and pour into kettle (1/3-1/2 soup can is good)
Use the amount of water you like. We like a soupy chili.
If you like it thicker, then add less water
Stir occasionally until hot and serve.
Quick and easy. Serves 4-6
You may substitute brands. I just included what we use.
