Me I am also in the same boat, but right now I am on course and hopefully will learn to eat healthier and I AM WALKING ABOUT 6KM a day. Plus I have 2 fitness periods a week. If I can incorporate going to the gym, but my lazy but is not ready. like others have said packing your luch is the best way to go. There are videos on here that you can use, just keep your promise to yourself...it is hard at times and don't beat yourself up....allow yourself a weekly treat and then get on track.

Hi :) Welcome to the team and I'm so glad to have you on board. It's never too late to get started. As for your schedule, I'm sorry to say that planning and packing your own lunches, etc. will be the easiest. It may feel like a burden at the beginning, but in the long run your body will appreciate it. Cut up some veggies like celery, baby carrots, etc. before hand, put them in the fridge and then it's easier to pack. As for exercise, I'm not sure what type of work you do, but if you look at the videos here there are exercises that could be done in an office setting. Also, if you could go for a walk during your lunch or breaks that would be great. Post daily in our chat room so we can encourage you, track your food, drink your water and get some exercise and you will be on the right path to health :)

I'm not really new to the team, but I haven't been active since I joinsed last summer so I am starting over today. I reset my goals and amy ready to go. I work an odd schedule: Thur, Fri, and Sat and sometimes on Sunday from 7am until 8pm so I leave the house at 6m and get home anywhere from 9-9:30 pm depending on if I run errands on the way home. It's pretty easy to follow the plan on my days off, but on the days I work it is really hard. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate any help I can get. I have two fifteen min breaks and two 30 minute breaks throughout the day when I work, but I have to have a chance to eat so I don't know how to fit in any exercise except for maybe some stretching before or after work. It's also hard for me to plan quick healthy meals for those days - I'm not good about planning/packing ahead - it is easier just to buy and eat frozen meals (I do try to get the healther ones).
