I'm so sorry to hear that! You need to track your calories, join groups that interest you, write in our chat room every day to get support. I have found in the beginning of my journey that tracking my calories really opened up my eyes to see what I was eating and helped a lot. I now do it automatically and I have been maintaining for 1.5 years.

I need help with sticking to my weight loss program. I'll loose fifteen to twenty pounds and I find myself back where I started. This time I haven't been motivated enough to even loose ten pounds. The really sad thing is I have gained 7 pounds. Totally frustrated at the moment.
