HI

Thanks for the encourage - since I starte getting "serious" grazing has been fresh fruit - trying not to eat to late a night and by blood sugars have dropped to below 120 from a high fasting of over 200. For the first week I think it has been a good week. We also joined a local swim park so I can use the lagoon for some watercize and cooling off and unwinding in the upcoming months. Thanks for the encouragement

Lorie

WELCOME!!!! So glad you joined SP and our great team!!!
My suggestions for exercise I would look for Chair exercises and start there. I would think SP would have some demonstrations. That way you are safely sitting down and no fear of falling. As for the grazing at night, try to have healthy snacks available at home and do not keep "off limit" items in the cupboards. Small steps at first so it is not over whelming to you!!

Good luck,
Amy

I am 52 years old with a whole list of medical problems - mainly Diabetes and Blood Pressure out of control. I tend to be a "GraZer" thus making rounds at night and grazing for food. It seems when I track my foods I eat most of my calories at night. I also am trying for disability - because of left sided weakness and neuropathy in all four extremities. I walk with a cane only short distance, and driving is a lot less that what it was.... my real question is wITH ALL MY LIMITATIONS... any suggestions for exercise. Oh yes I tend to fall quite often. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Mishafl
