Welcome Back! If you can remember some of the easier things (drinking more water?) or more enjoyable habits (the yummy fruit smoothies for me) from your last successful stint, maybe those things will help ease you back in. I've been using the holidays to stay motivated. I'm trying to lose some pounds now, so that I can be in maintenance mode from Nov 15-Jan 1, then get back on the losing trail. Good luck to you!!!

Hi everyone! Though the desire is great, I am struggling to find the motivation to get back in the groove and continue with my journey to losing side. i am a positive upbeat person on most days. i am looking to pick up where i left off about a year ago (how did so much time slip past me??) and lose the last 55 pounds to my goal (well, plus the 15 that i gained back in my lazy days) getting going is the hardest part, i know it will be great once i make it a habit again. Thanks for the support & resources found on this site - i am going to need all the help and encouragement that i can find :)
