Welcome Back! If you can remember some of the easier things (drinking more water?) or more enjoyable habits (the yummy fruit smoothies for me) from your last successful stint, maybe those things will help ease you back in.
I've been using the holidays to stay motivated. I'm trying to lose some pounds now, so that I can be in maintenance mode from Nov 15-Jan 1, then get back on the losing trail.
