Good for you KIMISTRY389 for making the decision to get healthy. I've been in your shoes many times and know exactly what you are feeling. It is a viscous cycle. I have found and truly believe that diet is a major part of the healthy lifestyle. Once you clean up your diet and eliminate refined carbs and all the junk, you have more energy and are able to do the exercise portion. I've been eating clean, (no process foods and whole grain carbs) and have so much more energy, sleep better and am able to do my exercise. It does require planning ahead and lots of prep work. Once I start eating refined again, I loose the energy and slip back into old habits....Viscous cycle. As far as exercise, start small, 10 minutes a day and build from there. Good luck and emoticon

I find that I'm far to busy for myself and have difficulty getting started. When I get home from work I just want to relax and do nothing, which obviously is not working. So I look forward to your encouragement as I am determined dropping pounds and inches each month to reach my goal.
