There are tons of resources here, but getting connected with others helps more than anything else. I used this site last year for a while, then gave up on my weight loss! I'm back on track now, and finally getting around to using the full site. It's very helpful! I'm stefanie, I'm 21. I work at a retirement home as a caregiver and a cook :) my work is extremely rewarding. I have piercings and tattoos, and photography and music are big passions of mine. I'm about 30 pounds heavier than where I want to be (I weigh 172 right now) and I'm 5'6. Anyone looking for a conversation buddy or anyone with kind words of wisdom would be much appreciated!:)
