This is my original class but I never joined this team before today. Just feel like I should have it in my list. I reached my goal weight on 3/22/12 and I have maintained it ever since. I've weighed less than 128 for over 2 years. Woohoo! The greatness thing is I'm more fit, exercise regularly and eat much healthier than I ever in my whole life. I stick around Spark for all of the super articles and good v-friends!

Hi! This was my original class, I had left, and decided I wanted to come back and check in with everyone who joined with me! Let's see, since joining, I lost 20 lbs, right away, fell off the bandwagon, gained everything and then some back, and have since dropped down from 237 to 214! Better yet, I've FINALLY gotten a handle on my emotional eating! Also, my husband and I are expecting our first baby come April! :)

Hi all. I ws doing great when I first stared Sparking, then I quit - thinking I knew what I was doing and didn't need to keep a food journal anymore, followed by some difficulty keeping up with my workouts I ended up gaining a bunch of weight. This summer I started a doctor supervised weightloss plan and started Sparking again to keep track of food journal and workouts - And now I've lost almost 18lbs, just another 6lbs to my goal. Very excited about the new me and determined to keep it off.
I have lost about 65 since I started Sparking. I just have about 15 to go to get to new goal. Have been plateaued for couple of months after 2 week trip. Gained a few but all are off again, not everywhere was I able to log in or workout. Doing the 90 day supreme on day 39, when I bought it a year ago did not make past 2 weeks for various reasons. Hope all of you are still going strong or are re-starting. Remember doing something is better then doing nothing!
