I'm a graphics designer, work 2 jobs, literally 14 hrs a day in front of a computer. I do make time to lift weights, run, walk and bike as much as my schedule will allow. I've lost inches in the past few months however I have very unhealthy eating habits and lack of sleep. I have never been good at cooking so am finding it hard to cook healthy as I'm not accustomed to this way of living. I am open to any suggestions or tips. Thank you.
