hi, I started this quite some time ago then didn't follow through very well with spark. I am starting again todat and want to try and follow through and even get some help because I have been stuck on the same 3-4 lbs for the past 3 months. I am a single mom with 1 kid left at home and she just turned 14 last week. I don't work and am disabled so I find some things pretty hard to do and cant exercise like most people but I try and I do get 1 1/2 hours of exercise 5 days a week weather it be swimming, the gym w/ weights or my glider and walking here at home.
