I'm just getting started with Spark People. I'm a mom of two kids living in downtown Chicago. I mostly eat raw/vegan, but tend to consume all my kids leftovers. That's been a problem. I've got about 50 pounds to lose after already losing ten. Currently, I'm on week 4, day 3 of the Couch to 5K program. So if you see me shuffling along the lake front with all my stops and starts, give me a shout out. My goal is to run the Pumpkin in the Park 5k in October.
