It's true. . . I got off track with Superfoods over the summer and I realize how yucky I've been feeling lately. It's been a wake up call for me too. I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. I want to be healthy more than anything!

Hi y'all! I joined SparkPeople a few days ago. I've been reading Superfoods (both books) for a few months and trying to add them to my diet more often than before. It's not that hard since I love fruits and vegetables.

I have just started my journey with superfoods as of the end of June. A very close friend of mine died at the age of 34 because of weight related problems and it was a total wake up call for me. That day I started the mad research, and found this group and have been reading the book and eating the foods. I have lost 20 pounds this month:0) I feel more energetic and don't feel like I am missing out on anything. Thank you guys!!
