I am interested in superfoods and good recipes including them. Hopefully I can get ideas to use more veggies in meals, and to get more variety into meals while reducing the overall calorie count. I'd like to lose up to 10 pounds, but I have a partner who NEEDs to lose between 40 and 50 pounds. So I'm trying to be 'sneaky' :-) in the best kind of way !

Good Morning! I have incorporated healthy super foods to my diet and am totally sparked by the food of the week - Avocados and Take a recipe..Leave a recipe as I love sharing and cooking! Really excited about this team! :)

Welcome. Actually superfoods are some of the food you probably eat on a daily basis.

Hi, I am new to SP and I don't know a whole lot about superfoods. I am interested in learning more, though, so I'll be checking these posts for information and ideas.

My goal is to lose weight and keep it off by paying close attention to what I eat and by tracking everything here on SP. I am not on a diet; instead, I am trying to establish permanent healthful eating habits. I am sure there is room for superfoods in this plan.
