Yoga was harder than I thought it would be--there is a lot of arm strength required for all the downward dogs and such--but I figure I'll work up to it. My neck and shoulders are a little sore, but I went to a Spinning class this morning anyway and I feel really great.
I "officially" started the SuperFoods Diet today. Sure, there was prepare and practice week where I started introducing SuperFoods into my diet, but with no meal plan, I was finding it a bit hard to stay on track.
Today was much different. I went grocery shopping last night and prepared my meals. I feel better, more energetic and best of all--full! In fact, I've been having trouble finishing all the foods (I am measuring servings carefully, but veggies and fruits are so low-cal, that the book is very generous with them).
I am so full of energy that tonight at 6pm I am taking a Yoga class and am very excited!
