Hi Barbara, I just joined this team about a week ago. Not much activity. But I am very interested in using the Superfoods as well. I am intrigued by blueberries, and how a cup a day is recommended. Welcome.

Scanning thru message boards, I just came acoss Superfoods Team. I'm on several Weight Watchers type teams, just recently was ask to co -lead W8Watchers Superb Healthy Recipes. One of my first request was a study on the 14 Superfoods, some involved more daily posting s/a Beans. I believe I can learn from your team also. Looking forward to being a member of Superfood Team.
