Have you read both SuperFoods RX books?
There is also a SUPERFOODS website that is good too. It has recipies and information on each SUPERFOOD.
I have challenged myself this year to eat only SUPERFOODS 5 days a week since my birthday on March 8 and it's going really good. Witht he help of this website I can eat all the SUPERFOODS in one day and say under 1500 calories. I'm a vegetarian so I do exclude the turkey. Plus I walk 2 hours, about 5-6 miles hiking or 7 miles if I'm on the track 3-4 times a weeek. I've lost 30 pounds since I've started. I have come to the conclusion that if you have all of the foods that are the best for your body or SUPERFOODS, then eating them and exercise should keep you healthy.
