There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
I just joined this team.i have just started using the coconut oil.my daughter makes a lot of our dish detergent,clothes detergent,toothpaste,and she bought the coconut oil for some of her recipes and she uses it on the face,she also bought a book and i read part of it.i was surprized at what coconut oil does.I have asthma,high blood pressure and hypothyroid.yesterday i made a smoothie and put some oil in it.today i mixed it with penut butter and put it on toast.didnt come out to good the penut butter and coconut oil melted all over the place. LOL im adding the co to my diet slowly to start.Unfortunately i have gained alot of weight because of the thyroid problem,i need to try to lose but its hard.also at 63 the weight loss is just slow.i am going to read and catch up up on the post.
