Laura,
Finding this team and joining was a benefit to us. I have finally read most of the coconut oil miracle. I have been using co some for a couple years, but a lot more this year since we went paleo. I applied it after my shower and like the feel. We got an ice cream maker and the best recipe is with coconut milk. Have two sm dogs and noticed how much they love co and chips. I cook with it in everything. I made my co mayo for two salads at Thanksgiving. Cooked a lot, but the salads stole the show. DH loves my cole slaw.
Thank you so much for the team and making information available.
Great big coconut hugs,
Dayle

Thanks Laura!

It was so rich too! Seemed like I got more out of a smaller amount of oil. Yeah

I also get the refined Spectrum for making foods like homemade mayonnaise. But, I get the Virgin type for everything else. I also LOVE coconut oil with ghee! YUMMY!

I used Coconut oil today for the first time. My grocery store has the refined Spectrum.

I put it in my Quinoa with my dinner. Yummy! I swear I felt more full too. I started with 1/ tablespoon.

I think this might be a great thing to add to my nutrition. I have been looking for those healthy fats to add.

Just joined today but have been hearing and reading alot about the benefits of coconut oil. I have always loved everything coconut so I figured why not use it for other things than eating. Can't wait to try out coconut oil for other things than just cooking with it.

Hi I just joined a team today. A month ago I started to have coconut everyday either coconut oil, cream, milk, shredded , fresh coconut meat, flour and juice.

I did research and read though about coconut and MCT benefit. I use coconut in all my meals and create so many good nutrition desserts ( chocolate barks, peanut butter cups, cookies, brownie, cake, pancake, muffin, cupcakes) I'm looking for creating more yummy dessert.

All the links posted about coconut on this group, I have read before starting to have coconut everyday. Anything new, please suggest.

I LOVE coconut flour. I avoid grain and have been getting great results using coconut flour to make pancakes, muffins, etc.

Great Links below thanks. A little background on Eat Fat, Lose Fat is Mary Enig was instrumental in getting trans fat out of the american diet. Her phd on oils has stood the test of time and much criticism but now folks are just coming back around to the benefits as her research was solid.
