Im 41 and 5'6 1/2 and I weigh roughly 155-159 it fluctuates. I cant seem to give up my 1-2 cups of coffee creams n sugars DAILY! I clean houses that is my work-out these days and I still want my chocolate & comfort food & tend to eat late at night when I get home from work. I would like to lose weight and gain muscle and get my size 8 figure back. My body loves & holds onto the size 10 -14 sizing Varies from brand to brand. I would like to weigh 140 and be fit and trim. I have hesitated to dive into huge weight lose efforts becuse of my EXTREME pear/spoon shape and carrying these few extra pounds I have maybe an A-Bcup in the chest area. So, losing weight means I will be very very well small( UGH SMALLER! on top) meanwhile I will have achieved the J-Lo bottom again :) Cant win them all I guess! PLus I have a wedding this Winter and want to look smashing in that.
