Here's something that I found REALLY works, thogh. (Iknow I haven't lost for a while, but I've not been so "on" lately. I know once I am I'll begin losing again.)
So, my daughter who was on Weight Watchers hit a plateau. She went online and found something called the Wendie Plan. Bottom line - You have HIGH point day followed by a low point day. Your weekly average stays the same, but you zig zag points or calories so that your metabolism doesn't set itself lower. You'll still hit plateaus, but not like before. You literally trick your body/metabolism into not setting itself lower. So you'll continue to burn more calories. It's brilliant! There's even a Wendie group on SparkPeople.
