Hello! I started Thursday 4/12/12 with RI30. I did take Sunday off, but my goal is to do it everyday except Sunday. I am also trying to follow SP meal plans to make meal planning, shopping and cooking easier. I am almost 40 and am ready to be healthy again. I have been on SP since August 2010, lost 35 pounds and then got lazy and gained16 back. So, now I'm back on the program and looking forward to good results.
