Holly, I do each week for 2 weeks. I do it between 5-6 times a week. Start with moderated for the first week and try to do advanced second week. I do try and get another one of her workouts done 2-3 times a week.
Today I did ripped followed by level 1 yoga meltdown :-) that was tough...
