Hi everyone... I today I did my second workout of week 2....still having to use some modified versions and must admit a breather during the 2 minute plank jacks/climbers.... I am 33 years old and currently in the best shape I have been in for a long time. Still got the last 10 pounds to go and a lot fat to loose....I love to run and bike and hate weight training but that is life...we can't only do what we like!!! Having Jillian scream out even if it's just on the Tv or iphone is enough to keep me going and I have noticed a huge difference in the way I can complete the workouts by the end of the week.
