I wish you had page, so I could send you a team goodie. Our Tracy is team is pretty small, but made up of FABULOUS women of all different ages and weights. Support on this journey really makes a difference so I hope you decided to share your Daily workouts with us.

When I started my journey with Tracy I was 205. Currently I'm 178. & 5'11" and still working hard to get the pounds off. You can expect this workout to help RESHAPE your body. Lift your butt, strengthen your arms and back, tone your abs, and give you a body that you'll love. But to lose weight you're going to have to pay attention to nutrition. Exercise alone, no matter which program or who's program you're following will not get it done alone. Trust me I've learned that the hard way.
Tracy's meal plan was not something I was able to follow. So, I've been trying to find something that works for me. I just started the 17 Day Diet, and I'm considering the Paleo lifestyle.
A lot of people struggle with Tracy's cardio. My tips, are definitely use your own music, don't Tracy's makes it 30 minutes of torture, but your own will help it fly by. Don't worry about not keeping up with her. It's about making a mind body connection and the more you do it, the stronger that connection becomes. Don't be afraid to step your way through moves that you're not comfortable with rather than doing all the jumping if you have any injuries. You'll still burn calories. If for some reason you just don't want to do the dance cardio, don't give up on the program, just find 30 minutes of cardio that you like doing, and keep going. I do Tracy's Rebounder Cardio, not her regular dance because I have a bad knee.
Always watch each new level once before trying it. Count your leg reps, and when you're dong it with Tracy don't be afraid to hit the pause button if you need to give your shoulders, wrists, or knees a break. You might not realize it but Tracy's muscle restructuring program IS a form of strength training.
