Welcome to the team! I think I'm the only person that gets notifications of new posts to our team page, so don't worry if I'm the only person that responds. You'll find everyone chatting on our What workout did you do today? thread. This is a small team so it's sort of one thread fits all. Which program did you get? We have a couple of brand new girls that are in there first 10 days of the program. But we ALL remember what it was like for us starting out. Don't worry about not being able to keep up. The pause button will be your BFF. If you're doing the dance cardio, I know it'll feel like you're trying to keep up with Michael Flatley Lord of the Dance, but the truth is you don' t have to "keep up" you just have to keep moving. Each new day, it gets a little easier. You'll start to remember what's she's going to do next. Until, one day without realizing it, you will be keeping up. Definitely using your own music will help a lot. I have a bad knee so when I do her dance cardio, I have to "step" through a lot of moves, but it STILL burns calories. I mostly do her Mini Trampoline Cardio workout now, only not on her mini trampoline.
Congratulations on starting your new adventure. Stick with it, and you will LOVE the way your body changes. Make sure to take Before pictures and then new pictures at least every 30 days. You might not be able to notice results when you look in the mirror but it's easier to see them in photos.

I'm going to be starting the workouts/meal plan today. I'm pretty worried about not being able to follow her moves, but I'll try to stay as close as possible. Wish me luck!
