Advice? How much time do you have? Well, the most important things to know are that the pause button will be your BFF! And this program is about progress NOT perfection.
Tracy's method is SO different from any other form of exercise I've ever done, and when I first tried it, I HATED it ALL. ESPECIALLY the Michael Flatley Lord of the Dance, Dance Cardio and her Baby Food depravation diet!
So I completely understand why you don't plan on doing the cardio or diet. But for the record, when I tried the cardio again, with my own music, and allowed myself the freedom to just do what I could, I realized that it really wasn't that bad, and the more I did it the better I got. It really has helped with my eye hand coordination. Now I do her Cardio workout for the Rebounder, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It's so much fun to bounce! I hate to miss a day.
As long as you're doing some kind of cardio and following a healthy eating plan to get the weight off, doing Tracy's Muscle restructuring workout WILL change the shape of your body and is absolutely worth every tear, scream, temper tantrum, or whatever it takes for you to make it through each new set of exercises.
I think I might be the only person not doing the omni program. I have the hipcentric workout. Bren, (JITZUROE) and I are both on our last 10 days of her 90 day program. I lost count of how many times I tried the first 30 days, before finally sticking with it because of this team and my friends.
I love the way my butt and hips have changed, and my arms and back have been completely transformed. I definitely LOVE what Tracy has done for my body.
Stop by our What workout did you do today? thread and share you experiences with us. Knowing other people are doing it definitely makes it easier, to stick with it. There are days that I only did it because I didn't want to be the only one that gave up.

Hi, I am new to Spark People as well as Metamorphosis. I haven't worked out in a long time besides walking the pups. I have Metamorphosis Omnicentrc. I don't plan on doing the diet or cardio that comes with it. I am wanting to lose weight and dieting - just not that plan. I also plan on doing cardio just not hers. I tried it and hated it. I liked the strength videos a lot though. Is it worth it for me to do them? Will I still see results?
