Good luck working Tracy into your daily fitness routine. If you're going to do both, do Jillian 1st. Her workouts use all your major muscles. The high intensity training, can double as "cardio" for your Tracy program (if don't have have time to do both.) Tracy's Muscle Restructuring DVD IS Strength Training too, but she's working your smaller muscles groups. If you do Tracy first you won't be able to get through a Jillian workout.
I haven't been able to keep up with the Dance Cardio. Since I have a bad knee and all that jumping really kills it. But even if I step my way through most of it, my heart rate really gets up there, and each time I do DO IT, my coordination improves.

I have had the Metamorphosis DVD for a good while now and did the cardio workout maybe twice and the other workout maybe 3 times. It sure was hard, that I must say.
Couple nights ago, well early morning, I was watching tv and the infomercial for the DVD came on. I was sold again to try it again and stick to it. But I just got the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred so I wanted to finish that for the 30 days and then start TA. But I'm gonna try do the 30 Day shred then doing TA and see if I can handle it.
I'm gonna try.
I'm really trying ti stick with this whole weight loss and getting healthier thing. I've started and stopped so many times. I love workouts like Zumba and hate strength training stuff but it is what works. Can't always do what's fun. Maybe I'll get to like it maybe after seeing the results. Maybe................ but have to try.
