Good luck working Tracy into your daily fitness routine. If you're going to do both, do Jillian 1st. Her workouts use all your major muscles. The high intensity training, can double as "cardio" for your Tracy program (if don't have have time to do both.) Tracy's Muscle Restructuring DVD IS Strength Training too, but she's working your smaller muscles groups. If you do Tracy first you won't be able to get through a Jillian workout.
I haven't been able to keep up with the Dance Cardio. Since I have a bad knee and all that jumping really kills it. But even if I step my way through most of it, my heart rate really gets up there, and each time I do DO IT, my coordination improves.
