Hi, I just got her mat workout, and I just ordered the meta omni workout today. I haven't tried the mat workout yet, but have watched it to see what it is all about. I am most anxious to start her workouts. I know that arm section on her mat will be murder, but I have the flabbiest & biggest arms on the planet and am hoping to shrink my arms. I hate my arms and am so self consious aobut them. I have lost about 40 lbs already but need to lose about 60 more. Am quite excited to start incorporationg t/a into my workouts. i am big everywhere so I want to shrink. I think I desperately need her types of workouts, as much as I will hate them because it will be hard, I think if I stick to it, it will change my entire shape, which is what I want to badly.

Hi everyone! I'm Rachel, and I'm a 31-year-old elementary school teacher in Minnesota. Today I just finished abcentric day 10, so tomorrow I'm onto workout 2! Did my measurements today, and I lost 2.4 pounds, and a half inch off everywhere except a full inch off my hips. Amazing! This is in conjunction with drinking Shakeology for breakfast every day, which has REALLY helped boost my energy and results. Can't wait to meet you all and get motivated with you!
