i was thinking the exact same thing "i am searching for budys but every time i post message i got none answers..."
then i started to be on the hardest part of my PhD : finalization of my research and starting to write my manuscript. There the sad ending started : started to eat junk food, stop boxing class and worst stop even walking, fitness at home... so i regain 3kg
And at times when stress, pressure and working pace seem to increase constantly i fill that it is almost impossible to eat healthy and work out!!!!!!
All that to say i definitively need a budy to search everyweek support, bad days, happy days, advice, cheer up.... because around me thinks that is just an hard time to pass through so it is normal to gain a little bit weight!!! I said "no way, i have got to do something" it is why i came back for a sparksupport
