A positive thing that happened to me today hmm..as corny as it sounds. I was blessed to wake up today and I stuck to my little diet plan when I woke up. So that's pretty positive to me! I'll take you up on the add as well. I love to talk to people about things and motivation and helpful tips is a big plus!

my name is Samantha. I am a 19 year old canadian. i am looking to lose around 32lbs in the next 3 months, I know that is going to take alot of hard work and motivation.
I think that everyone needs motivation, and support from other people. ( thats why i joined this group).
Like one of the other girls said, we shouldn't just post and hope that someone will add as a friend and be the best motivational buddy (feel free too) but i think it helps having a whole team behind you instead of one person.
You can feel free to add me as a buddy and send messages, and I think that is a wonderful thing to have one- on -one messages with people and to build that friendship. I also think thay we should all be trying to motivation each other on this SparkTeam ( that is the reason why it is here)
