About three months ago I made it a goal of mine to eat more fruits and vegetables. I am very psyched to have finally found a team that has the same goals. I have just 10 more pounds to lose. I am a very avid exerciser and have decided to try and eat cleaner to drop the last of my extra weight. This will bring me down to a very slender weight for my height. I am feeling positive that a goal such as eating more produce each day will help with my efforts.
