I am an RN who travels as a healthcare IT consultant. I am trying to eat healthier while traveling and I think that using Sparkpeople will help me. I bought the app for my phone so I can track my food anytime, anywhere. I live with my husband of 37 years and our 2 dogs. We have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. I have 39 pounds to lose to achieve my goal and I hope that I can do that by December.
