Hi! When I bought Chalean Xtreme it came with a free FATBLASTER workout which is around 30 minutes long.Do you have it? I found it worked a treat when I mixed it into the schedule and I would do it after a sneaky mid-week weigh in when I didn't seem to be losing any weight and lo and behold the next weigh in a few days later I would have lost a couple of lbs!! Good Luck with the workouts and your busy schedule. It's hard.
Hi there! Welcome. :-) I don't know about the crack of dawn, but I'm usually working out by 8. I'm pretty busy as well, and if I don't make it a priority first thing, it's pretty hard! I know what you mean about the 60 minute workouts - soooo time-consuming. CLX is definitely shorter! Congrats on your progress!!

Hello everyone! I am on week 16 of Turbo Fire and have previously done Turbo Jam. I bought Chalene Extreme so I can do that one next. When I began my journey with Chalene I weighed in at 184 after having my second child. I am now a healthy 125 with tons of energy (most of the time)! I am here hoping to find motivation to keep up the journey and stay healthy for myself and my family. I am a medical professional and very busy so the long work outs like fire 60 followed by stretch are sometimes a challenge. If there is anyone else who gets up super early to do their work outs I would love to hear from you! It makes it so much easier to know I am not the only one up at the crack of dawn!
