Post often. I've found it even better than journaling because I'm not just talking to myself. It is this Team that gets me through my disappointments and cheers me on when I've reached goals. I love it here and welcome you with open arms. As I've said elsewhere, we are not a click; we are a TEAM!

Hi Pattie! It's always good to meet a new team member. Most of the posting seems to be done on the first "sticky topic" so come join us there and please post. We all learn so much from each other. Recently, we've tended to be pretty quiet on the weekends...I'm not sure why, but I hope it's because everyone is having such fun that they just can't find the time to post. As you've noticed, there are a lot of us who were disappointed in PP. Will look for you to post...about good things, bad things, questions or just commentary. This is such a knowledgeable group about so many things. Talk to you soon.

Hi everyone! I'm Pattie. I've been doing WW at home for approx 2 yrs and have lost about 110 lbs. Still have 60 to go. I tried the new PPlan and just found I was not losing the way I did on the "old" program so I went back to what worked. I do track my food every day on my phone and I've found if I don't journal what I eat, I don't lose. My exercise includes stationary bike a couple times a week and walking when the wind chill doesn't make it feel like negative numbers. I like the fact that Spark has this group - that tells me that I'm not hte only person who thinks the new plan isn't what they'd hoped. I do have to say though that I love the idea of their activity monitor device but wonder if anyone has tried it and what they think?
I look forward to getting to know you all. Currently I'm eating 25-27 pts per day.
