I'm PJ, and as you could probably guess from the topic, almost a year completely vegan. I love the way I eat and live now, especially since I am in the environmental science field. I am starting again to work out and exercise regularly, so I thought there was no better place than here :)
I'm an avid vegan cook for my partner and I, and love being outside. I trail run, hike, kayak, cycle, mountain bike, and climb. I'm also a self-admitted gym rat, and have a hard time spending less than 2 hours a day there!
I'm excited to talk to people who are both into fitness and veganism, doesn't happen so often!
