There are several free vegan challenges:

PCRM has one called 21-Day Kickstart. It's offered several times a year. It's the one mentioned in earlier post on this thread. www.pcrm.org/health/diets/kickstart/kickst

Hello~
I am new to trying to eat vegan. I went to the website for the 30 day vegan challenge and didn't want to pay to twenty dollars. It would be great to start a challenge like that here on Spark people so that it would be free.

Anyway, good for you taking this challenge!!
