emoticon to the team and good luck with your weight loss goal! The Nutrition Tracker here on Spark is an excellent way to see where you're overdoing the calories. Exercise is important too. I didn't start losing weight until I started to seriously work out. emoticon

I'm Steve. Years ago I weighed 230 lbs at my high. I'm 5 11. I got down to 178lbs. I put a few of the pounds back on and am now in the mid 190s. I would like to get back down to 180 lbs. I thought some peer support could be helpful and I thought it might be even better to get it from other vegans.
