I'm Steve. Years ago I weighed 230 lbs at my high. I'm 5 11. I got down to 178lbs. I put a few of the pounds back on and am now in the mid 190s. I would like to get back down to 180 lbs. I thought some peer support could be helpful and I thought it might be even better to get it from other vegans.
