I. Am with you. Starting again in January. First started last march, am discouraged by the fact that I could be at my goal if I had just stuck to it. BUT encouraged that I am 37 pounds lighter. I have soo much to lose tho, that it doesn't show much yet, Good luck!

I started back in October, but I didnt keep up with it. I'm planning to start my 90 days Jan. 2 and stay consistent. I have a lot to lose.

Yes it does. I find that when I mix peanut butter in it lessens the sweetness too. I use natural peanut butter with no added sugar. You have to watch out for that. I also use unsweetened Almond milk.

Good to know about the cinnamon and nutmeg! I'll have to try those. Also - mixing in a good dark chocolate also helps :)

Cinnamon and Nutmeg tone the sweetness down.
What are you mixing it with? If you are mixing with juice it is definitely sweet.
There is a recipe for a spicy mix using tomato juice, or V-8. You can make it like a bloody mary mix, without the alcohol of course. You can mix it in almost anything so just experiment.

I find that it's almost too sweet as well - I like things spicey - so I will add cayenne pepper to some of the shakes, as well as instant coffee, or peppermint extract. That helps tone it down. Good Luck. I did really well at first - have been off for awhile and am getting back to it.

I just started today. I am finding it very sweet so i will have to find a way to dull that down but im hoping i will have results
