Welcome to the challenge. As your body adjusts to the better nutrition you are getting with the shakes, the hunger will ease and I think you will find the cravings for the cookie dough will as well. Drinking my second shake right now! Im sooooo hungry and the cookie dough in the fridge is just screaming my name! (its my weakness) but I mustnt! Im 200 today :( and I dont want to be a skinny minnie...Ill settle for 155-160...Im 5 foot8. Im severly depressed because of my weight and hide in my hubbys clothes all the time. Ive tried so many ways to lose weight but unfortunately gained 25 lbs since having my 4th baby over a year ago. I am determind to do this!!!
