Okay, I have to ask myself this question as well as anyone else, considering my absence after agreeing to pop in on here as a moderator. But anyhow, WHY do we like to write about food? Why do those of us who have blogs, BLOG? What's up with that? What's with this food-chronicling thing, after all?

Got rid of the ticker cuz my scale decided to flatter me unduly. I haven't re-gained, just got a better, honest, scale.
Just because you steam it, doesn't mean you can't add herbs and spices. (A gripe at those insipid restaurant "healthy choice" menu selections.)
